A children’s Slide we purchased a few years ago became unusable as the bottom step broke. Contacted customer services via their website and the response was quick and positive. Despite being out of warranty, they ordered a full set of steps to be sent by the supplier direct to us, which arrived within 10days. All this was done FREE OF CHARGE. That is a very impressive service – shout out to Niamh who was great. The slide is now back in use and the children are loving it!! THANK YOU VERY MUCH. We would highly recommend Smyths Toys.
